Hopfenbombe

Style: IPA - International
ABV: 6.3
Germans aren’t well known for big hoppy beers, but Portland is, so we put our brewers to work creating the ultimate German IPA. Hop-forward, spicy, herbal and citrus aromas from the German hops meld with the clean backbone of German malts and yeast. What does this explosive mix create? A hop bomb, or as the Germans say it: Hopfenbombe! (Formerly known as ZPA)

Ramona Red

Style: Red Ale - American Amber / Red
ABV: 6.5
Cascade and Columbus hops are right at home in this Northwest-Style Red Ale: Wood, spice, pine and citrus notes shine against the crisp backdrop of a blend of pale, carapils, caramel and chocolate malts.

Zoigl-Pils

Style: Pilsner - German
ABV: 4.8
2017 Great American Beer Festival Gold Medal in German Pilsner Category! Our Brewmaster trained and brewed in Berlin, but as a NW American, he still loves his hops. Of all the Pilsner substyles, the one brewed in Northern Germany is the driest and crispest with a great hop character. Brewed according to the German Purity Law of 1516, we use German malts, hops and yeast. Herkules and Hersbrucker hops provide the spicy and snappy hop flavor and aroma.

Zoigl-Schwarz

Style: Schwarzbier
ABV: 4.8
Schwarzbiers are dark, but without the stout or porter flavor the color would imply. What they do have is a clean, light malt sweetness from the Pilsner and Munich malts, a gentle roast note from the Carafa II and moderate bitterness and hop flavor.
